IBM led off the week by introducing its MobileFirst Foundation Systems. Cisco and ZK Research recently partnered to conduct more than 50 interviews with small business owners to establish their need for cloud-based communications products and services. The findings showed that the majority of surveyed companies were interested in the cloud for their communication needs.
